Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CircuitSync, the live event-timing service provided by HARMN LLC at circuitsync.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

CircuitSync lets motorsport clubs run events, time runs, manage registrations, and publish live results. We provide the service on an "as available" basis and may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account, including by staff you invite to your club.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to hold an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights;
• upload content you do not have the right to use (including logos and driver data);
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service; or
• use the service to store or share data unrelated to running motorsport events.

As a club administrator, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter the personal data of your drivers and members, and for honouring their data-subject rights.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider.
• Fees, currencies, and plan limits are shown at the point of purchase.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Cancellation and data retention

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing and your account moves to a reduced free tier rather than being locked out immediately. After cancellation, your data is kept for a limited retention grace period so you can export it or reactivate, after which it may be permanently deleted. You can request deletion sooner by contacting support@circuitsync.app.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data and branding you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you. We may suspend or remove content that breaches these Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. Live timing depends on hardware, connectivity, and operator input outside our control, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, subject to the data-retention provisions above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes are reflected in the version stamp at the top of this page, and where appropriate we will ask you to re-accept. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
